Your completed Design Intent Package clearly communicates the proposed layout, materials, cabinetry, fixtures, and overall design direction of your renovation. It is intended to assist your contractor and licensed professionals during estimating, planning, and construction. All drawings must be independently reviewed and verified prior to fabrication, permitting, material ordering, or construction.
