How It Works

Every Driftwood House project follows the same clear path, so you always know what comes next and what it costs.

Step one: Start your project

Fill out a short form about your home, the spaces you want to change, your timeline and budget. I reply personally within one business day. There’s no cost and no commitment.

Step two: Vision Session ($395)

A 90-minute session at your home or by video. We walk the space and talk through how you live, your goals, budget and priorities. You leave with a written summary of recommendations and next steps.

Step three: Design Intent Package

Your complete design: floor plans, elevations, cabinetry layouts, lighting and electrical plans, and a full finish and fixture schedule. Typical timing is 2 to 3 weeks for a bathroom and 3 to 4 weeks for a kitchen. Design fees are paid in three milestones: 50% to begin, 25% at mid-point and 25% at delivery.

Step four: Build with confidence

Hand the package to your contractor so they can price and build exactly what was designed. If you’d like more help, add design support during construction or procurement of your selections.
